Ingredients
  1. 1½ pounds SoundCatch™ salmon
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  3. ½ teaspoon dried dill or basil (fresh herbs may be used)
  4. 1 garlic clove, minced
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together and baste over salmon. Cook until done.
